Hey HVAC Competitors! Here's a great way to increase profits! It not only saves money on maintenance labor, it creates unnecessary service repair calls from your customer: All you need to do is only clean the condenser coil from one side! It LOOKS like you did you job, but really you just pushed the dirt to the inside of today's densely finned coils.

This was discovered during a request for a second opinion as to why the unit kept tripping on head pressure. This unit is now under contract with us.

Here's a fun one. This new client had a filter without any way to access it for removal; we had to disconnect the duct to get to it. It had been this way for 20 years.
